This practical programme is aimed at equipping Non-Financial Managers to understand:
- Understanding the long and short-term financial goals of a firm.
- Understanding financial statements.
- The analysis of financial statements.
- Financial planning.
- Time value of money and the use of a financial calculator.
- The management of cash flow.
The purpose of the workshop in Finance for Non-Financial Managers is to provide Managers with a basic understanding of financial statements and financial planning techniques.
On completion of the short course Managers should be able to interpret financial statements, do basic financial planning and monitor cash flow.
